- •Legacy codebase audit, database schema inspection, and API dependency mapping

- •Technical risk assessment and infrastructure feasibility analysis
Modanize Deliverables:
- Technical Requirements Specification (TRS) document
- System Architecture & Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)
- High-level User Stories backlog with MoSCoW prioritization
- Fixed milestone project plan and transparent budget schedule
Client Responsibilities:
- •Provide access to existing documentation, database schemas, and codebase (under NDA)
- •Designate a primary product owner for timely feedback during discovery interviews
- •Review and approve final Requirements Specification and milestone scope
